Tour Plan

Day 1: Arrival in Nairobi

Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport in Nairobi, our representative will warmly welcome you and transfer you to the comfortable Eka Hotel. Enjoy the evening at your leisure. (Half board basis)

Day 2: Samburu National Reserve

After an early breakfast and a safari briefing, embark on a scenic drive to Samburu National Reserve. This reserve is known for its unique and diverse wildlife, including the “Samburu Special Five”: Grevy’s zebra, reticulated giraffe, gerenuk, Beisa oryx, and the Somali ostrich. Over the next few days, focus on finding lions, leopards, and the abundant elephant population that call Samburu home.

Day 3: Samburu National Reserve

Continue your exploration of Samburu, taking advantage of the exceptional wildlife viewing opportunities for photography. Your expert guide will lead you to the best locations for sightings and offer detailed information about the wildlife in the area.

Day 4: Solio Wildlife Conservancy

After breakfast, journey to the Solio Wildlife Conservancy, nestled at the foothills of Mount Kenya. This conservancy is renowned for its successful rhino conservation program, boasting one of the highest densities of black and white rhinos in Africa. Enjoy game drives in search of these magnificent creatures, along with lions, buffalos, and diverse birdlife, all set against the breathtaking backdrop of Mount Kenya.

Day 5: Lake Nakuru National Park

Descend into the Great Rift Valley and explore Lake Nakuru National Park. This soda lake is a haven for birdlife, including flamingos (though their numbers have fluctuated in recent years due to natural phenomena). Search for the rhinos, lions, buffalos, and leopards that also thrive in this unique ecosystem.

Day 6-8: Maasai Mara National Reserve

Embark on the final leg of your journey to the world-famous Maasai Mara National Reserve.
